Who knew it was possible to have a great time at the dentist? I came in for a cleaning & filling yesterday, there aren’t enough words to describe what an amazing team they have. I’m someone who is nervous about any type of dental work and the team was quick to make sure I was comfortable while explaining what they were doing in the moment. Dr. Charlotte Etesse, Jayna in hygiene and Sam. I love you guys 🤍 can’t wait to see you all at my next visit !

Such a wonderful experience at Etesse! Madison made the dental cleaning so comfortable and easy. She is so sweet and did the most thorough dental cleaning Ive ever had done and properly educated on me things I didnt know. Doctor Charolette is also so wonderful and made sure to go over everything and any concerns she had with me. 10/10 recommend!

“The feel good office” From my first impression over the phone with their receptionist Diana, she was exceedingly upbeat and kind. When I arrived for my first appointment that standard was consistent. Their dental assistant Sam was also very friendly and did a fantastic job taking X-rays, seriously no discomfort. It’s easy to be embarrassed when you have teeth problems, but I felt no disdain whatsoever. Their office is spotless with relaxing decor, overall nice atmosphere and vibes. The rooms are private and comfortable with TVs playing relaxing nature scenery and nice music. I had to get a couple fillings, one done by Mike and the other Dr. Etesse, which we’re extremely quick and comfortable. They made sure that my bite was comfortable and fillings were filed properly. I also had an infected root canal extracted (wohoo!) by Dr. Steinberg, which was also surprisingly quick and he did a great job at my stitches, too. It was an immensely different experience than getting my wisdom teeth removed by a different dentist. I opted not to take antibiotics and instead take natural remedies, and felt respected in that decision (though they do highly recommend antibiotics and will prescribe you some just incase). I’m not a medical professional, so obviously consult with your doctor or naturopath to do what’s best for your body. In short, every single person I interacted with was in a great mood, friendly and respectful. You can just tell that employees are treated well and have a happy work environment. I had a wonderful experience at all four of my visits, and with Rochelle the office manager as well. Thank you for the positive dental experience for once!

Dr. Etesse just took over the practice from Dr. Godes and was so great! The staff are all really friendly, thorough, and got me in same week I called. Their X-Ray machine was top of the line, which made the process way less uncomfortable than usual. This was my first time going here and I’ll definitely be going back!

By far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. As someone who hates going to the dentist, Stacey and her team make me want to come back time and time again. You start with the nicest two people at the front counter, Jennifer and Diana. They do an amazing job with greeting you, confirming your appointments, explaining your bills and making sure your insurance reimburses you. Then you have Stacey’s PAs, Sam and Jen, making sure that you are comfortable and helping out as your are going in for your cleaning or cavity filling. Lastly, you have Stacey, who first of wend to UMD, go Terps, and does a fantastic job explaining every step of the way to you and always looks out for your best interest. She’s the perfect combination of personal and professional. I’d give this place 7/5 stars if I could. I may just have to brush my teeth less so that I have an excuse to come back and get exceptional service….

I have had a great experience with Etesse Holistic and Cosmetic Dentistry. My previous dentist stopped taking our insurance so I switched to them and I immediately felt welcome. The dental office is modern, the front staff is friendly and professional and the signing process is straight forward. I never had to wait and all my procedures started on time. I have felt at ease with the hygienists, dental assistants and dentists. All my dental work has been accomplished with success and minimal discomfort during each procedure. If you are looking for a friendly, empathetic and professional dental team then this dental office is the place to go which I recommend highly.

This morning I went for a cleaning. They had a last minute cancellation right after my appointment and offered for me to stay for a filling. They were so quick and efficient. I’ve been going to this office for more than 25 years and love the staff and dentists.
