Meet Our Team

Cristie found her passion for dentistry in 1997 and started working on becoming a Registered Dental Assistant. She worked as a chairside assistant for 20 years and has transitioned to the front office. Cristie’s favorite part of dentistry is helping patients understand their dental needs and making it possible for them to achieve their dental goals. She is a native of North San Diego County and absolutely loves everything about San Diego. Cristie has 3 kids that are the biggest blessings in her life. She enjoys the outdoors and the beach is her favorite place to be.

Maddi started her career in the dental field in 2021. She is experienced in treatment coordination as well as coordinating patient’s insurance benefits. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels confident and informed about their dental care options while maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment. She loves connecting with patients and has a passion for helping others. In her spare time, she is crafting DIY projects, hanging out with her friends, and traveling. 

Carrie began her dental career in 2007 as a dental assistant. Since then, she has worn many hats in the dental field. She has been with us since 2020 and enjoys problem solving and helping others have a great dental experience. She values our team’s approach to excellent patient care, a unique, cutting-edge dental practice, and holistic whole-body healthcare options. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fur baby, travelling, cooking, soaking up the California sun and spending time with her friends.

Jayna has been with our team since 2015. She absolutely loves what she does and loves getting to know patients and hearing about what they’ve been up to since their last visit. She loves each of her team members and appreciates being part of a high-skilled team that works well together. She finds that our teamwork is reflected in the care we provide for each patient and enhances their overall experience. Jayna strives to provide a high standard of individual patient care and create a fun, friendly environment for each person who visits our office. Originally from Oregon, Jayna has lived in the Encinitas area since 1984. She enjoys all the perks that our sunny weather has to offer, such as taking her Pomeranian out on various outings and picnics in the park. She also enjoy wine tasting, decorating, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. As a dental hygienist, her goal is to provide a high standard of individualized patient care with a focus on making her patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Veronica has been in the dental field since 2006. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she understands every patient has different dental needs, therefore, she believes every patient should receive individualized care. In her spare time, Veronica loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters. They enjoy watching movies, trying new restaurants, hiking, and traveling.

Madison is a registered dental hygienist and loves everything about the profession! She is dedicated to creating a calm and gentle environment that encourages her patient to reach optimal oral health. With a heavy focus on preventative care and keeping up with the latest advances in dental technology in order to provide the best possible care for everyone that she treats. When not in the office, you can find Madison either hiking, painting, cooking, or spending time with her friends and family.

Alisha is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with over a decade of experience in the dental field. She graduated top of her class from Grossmont Health Occupations Center in 2013 and quickly expanded her expertise by earning a certification in digital dentistry from a university in Texas. Digital dentistry remains her favorite aspect of the profession, where she brings precision, innovation, and a patient-focused approach to every procedure.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys a well-rounded and nature-filled lifestyle as a San Diego native. She loves hiking, fishing with her son and boyfriend, and spending time near the water. A passionate home gardener, she often cooks with vegetables grown in her own backyard. When she’s not in the kitchen or outdoors, you’ll find her painting or caring for her beloved pets — a spicy but sweet Dalmatian, a fiercely loyal German Shepherd, and two adorable bunnies.

Alisha’s compassionate nature, attention to detail, and love for both science and creativity are what makes her so comfortable in dentistry and providing the patient care she loves. 

Elijah Estrada is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in dentistry for over 11 years. He loves dentistry not only for the connections he builds with patients, but also for how rapidly someone’s whole demeanor can change by enhancing their smile and oral health. When not in the dental office, you can find Elijah at Petco Park cheering on his team, the San Diego Padres!
